Therefore, our approach is to send the address of their current service call to an existing app on the technician&#8217;s phone or tablet.<\/p>\n<h2>Enable Driving Directions<\/h2>\n<p>To enable driving directions, login to the P3 Software Command Center and:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on Settings<\/li>\n<li>Under Dispatching, Click on General Setting<\/li>\n<li>Under Tech Settings, click on &#8220;Enable Driving Directions&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_2574\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2574\" class=\"wp-image-2574 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/myweburls.com\/hvacbusiness\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/HVAC-Dispatching-Software-Enable-Driving-Directions-1024x888.png\" alt=\"HVAC Dispatching Software Enable Driving Directions\" width=\"1024\" height=\"888\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-2574\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">HVAC Dispatch Software Enable Driving Directions<\/p><\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Send Driving Directions to Phone As Well<\/h2>\n<p>Once activated you can decide if you want the driving directions sent to the technicians phone as well. Here they will receive options based on the settings established in the Command Center.
