There is a company wide view and a customer specific view.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">Company Wide Text\/Email Log Report<\/h2>\n<p>These reports, as the name suggests, cover all email or text communications for the company &#8211; across all customers. There are two different reports &#8211; one for Emails and one for Text Messages.<\/p>\n<p>Once you pick which communication type you wish to see, then you can filter the report further. For the Email Log you can filter by message, date range or customer. For example, you can search for all Invoices sent on a given day.<\/p>\n<p>The Email Report can be filtered by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Appointment In Route Communication<\/li>\n<li>Appointment Reminders<\/li>\n<li>Declined Task<\/li>\n<li>Diagnostic<\/li>\n<li>Invoice<\/li>\n<li>Proposals<\/li>\n<li>Recurring Email Blasts<\/li>\n<li>Renewal Reminder<\/li>\n<li>Repair\/Replace<\/li>\n<li>Replacement Task<\/li>\n<li>Support Material<\/li>\n<li>Tuneup Reminder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_2633\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2633\" class=\"size-large wp-image-2633\" src=\"https:\/\/myweburls.com\/hvacbusiness\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Email-Log-Filters-1024x577.png\" alt=\"Email Log Report Filters\" width=\"1024\" height=\"577\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-2633\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Email Log Report Filters<\/p><\/div>\n<p>With Text Messages, you can currently filter by customer, customer cell number and date range.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2634\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2634\" class=\"size-large wp-image-2634\" src=\"https:\/\/myweburls.com\/hvacbusiness\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Text-Log-Filters-1024x577.png\" alt=\"Text Log Report Filters\" width=\"1024\" height=\"577\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-2634\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Text Log Report Filters<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">When the report is generated, you will be able to see:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">The date the message was sent<\/li>\n<li class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">To whom it was sent<\/li>\n<li class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">Where it was sent (email\/phone of recipient)<\/li>\n<li class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">The communication type<\/li>\n<li class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">The subject line of the communication<\/li>\n<li class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">Who sent the message<\/li>\n<li class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">And the message itself<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">Where to Find the Company Wide Email\/Text Reports?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">These Reports can be found from the P3 Command Center, Report Menu under the Email\/Text section.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2635\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2635\" class=\"size-large wp-image-2635\" src=\"https:\/\/myweburls.com\/hvacbusiness\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Company-Wide-Email-and-Text-Log-Reports-1024x569.png\" alt=\"Company Wide Email and Text Log Reports\" width=\"1024\" height=\"569\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-2635\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Company Wide Email and Text Log Reports Location<\/p><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">Customer Record Email Log Report<\/h2>\n<p>Each customer has an individual Email Log. Here, all past email communications for that specific customer are available.<\/p>\n<p>Like all other tables on the Customer Record, the last 3 emails will be displayed. Then click the &#8220;View More Records&#8221; link to see more if needed.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, as the volume of emails can be high, the software will only display that last 2 months worth of emails. However, on the Company Wide Text Log Report, we provide the ability to search by customer name and customer cell phone.
