{"id":5761,"date":"2024-09-30T06:38:23","date_gmt":"2024-09-30T06:38:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/myweburls.com\/hvacbusiness\/p3-hvac-software-invoice-attachments\/"},"modified":"2024-10-03T08:06:03","modified_gmt":"2024-10-03T08:06:03","slug":"p3-hvac-software-invoice-attachments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/myweburls.com\/hvacbusiness\/p3-hvac-software-invoice-attachments\/","title":{"rendered":"Tuesday Tool Tip &#8211; P3 HVAC Software &#8211; HVAC Invoice Attachments"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>New Feature &#8211; HVAC Invoice Attachments<\/h2>\n<p>P3 HVAC Software is pleased to announce HVAC Invoice Attachments.\u00a0 \u00a0The new feature allows files to attach to invoices when emailed from the Command Center.<\/p>\n<p>Now, when you click to email an invoice from the Command Center, there will be an additional button &#8211; Attach File &#8211; in the popup window that appears.<\/p>\n<p>This button will appear regardless if you are emailing from the Customer Record or from the Invoice itself.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">Attach Customer Record Files or Add New Files<\/h2>\n<p>Click this button and the software will pull all files currently listed in the &#8220;Upload File&#8221; table of the Customer Record. One or more of these files can be attached to the invoice.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, new files can be added at this time. When a file is added via this popup, the file will also save to the Customer Record.<\/p>\n<p>The same file restrictions apply.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">No Setting Required<\/h3>\n<p>There is no setting that has to be turned on to use this functionality.
