{"id":5774,"date":"2024-09-30T06:38:23","date_gmt":"2024-09-30T06:38:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/myweburls.com\/hvacbusiness\/p3-hvac-software-important-note\/"},"modified":"2024-10-03T08:06:03","modified_gmt":"2024-10-03T08:06:03","slug":"p3-hvac-software-important-note","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/myweburls.com\/hvacbusiness\/p3-hvac-software-important-note\/","title":{"rendered":"Tuesday Tool Tip &#8211; P3 HVAC Software &#8211; Important Note"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>HVAC Dispatching &#8211; Important Note<\/h2>\n<p>The Important Note is the third type of Note that is excellent for dispatching.<\/p>\n<p>Often times, there is important information that the dispatcher needs to see so they can decide if that information is should be passed along to the Technician.<\/p>\n<p>For example, messages that are important during tune ups but not relevant for an on-demand-service call.<\/p>\n<h2>How to Make a Note &#8220;Important&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>From the Customer Record in the Command Center, go to the Notes table. Here, next to each note, you will see a flag icon.<\/p>\n<p>Simply click the icon and the flag will turn red. At this point, it is flagged as Important.<\/p>\n<p>Now, when a new service call is created for this customer, these flagged notes will appear in the Notes section.<\/p>\n<p>At this point if the Note needs to be sent to the Technician, simply click the Copy icon and it will be pasted into the Technician Notes section.<\/p>\n<p>When it is no longer considered important, then return to the Customer Record and click the flag icon again.
