In addition, it helps with existing dispatchers by providing immediate visibility to lesser known skills or the prioritization set of technicians by management.<\/p>\n<h3>How to Add A Skill Set<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>From the Command Center, click on Settings<\/li>\n<li>Go to the Users section<\/li>\n<li>Click on the Technicians link<\/li>\n<li>Click to edit the Technician<\/li>\n<li>Skill Set Field is under the Tech Photo field<\/li>\n<li>Provide the appropriate skill set<\/li>\n<li>Save<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Where is the Skill Set Displayed to the Dispatcher?<\/h2>\n<p>Once the skill set has been entered, the skills are displayed below the Technician&#8217;s Name in the Calendar when booking a new service call.
