{"id":5873,"date":"2024-09-30T06:38:40","date_gmt":"2024-09-30T06:38:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/myweburls.com\/hvacbusiness\/p3-hvac-software-open-call-list-tags\/"},"modified":"2024-10-03T08:06:02","modified_gmt":"2024-10-03T08:06:02","slug":"p3-hvac-software-open-call-list-tags","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/myweburls.com\/hvacbusiness\/p3-hvac-software-open-call-list-tags\/","title":{"rendered":"Tuesday Tool Tip &#8211; Open Call List Tags"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Open Call List Tags<\/h2>\n<p>One subtle place Tags are used in the software are in the Open Call list.<\/p>\n<p>When you go to the main Dispatch Board, you have two options:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Search the Open Call List by Tags<\/li>\n<li>Apply\/Remove a Tag to an Open Call<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For example, maybe you are tagging Open Calls that have requested the First Available appointment or the customer&#8217;s preferred technician. Now, from the Open Call list you can search on all Service Calls with that association.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, from the Open Call list, you can easily add or remove a Tag to an individual service call.
